Preview: Armed Forces Ladies Prepare For Cardiff Clash
The UK Armed Forces ladies' rugby team face a Wales select XV on Saturday for their annual remembrance match.
And the fixture, which will take place at the 9,000 seat Cardiff Arms Park, will have special significance for Wales international Gemma Rowland.
Forces TV's Cath Brazier joined her and the team for a pre-match training session in Portsmouth.
