
Royal Marines Joined By Foreign Secretary In Senegal

The Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt has visited Royal Marines in Senegal during his six-day tour of Africa.
Personnel from 42 Commando are training local forces in the country to help protect oil and gas machinery from piracy.
Mr Hunt got to steer a rigid inflatable boat alongside British and Senegalese personnel during a demonstration in Dakar.
Posting on Twitter, he said the Navy's work "makes a huge contribution to how Britain is seen overseas".
