A man has denied unlawfully disclosing sensitive information about the UK's defence.
Simon Finch, 49, pleaded not guilty to one count of making a damaging disclosure, breaching the Official Secrets Act on or about 28 October last year.
The charge states that he "having been a crown servant or government contractor, without lawful authority made damaging disclosure of information relating to defence and which was in his possession by virtue of his position".
Mr Finch has also denied failing to comply with a disclosure notice in breach of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act between 17 September and 2 October this year.
It is alleged that he failed to facilitate access to three electronic devices.
Mr Finch, whose address can only be given as Swansea due to a reporting restriction, entered his pleas at the Old Bailey via videolink from custody in Swansea.
During the hearing, Mr Finch confirmed his identity, British nationality and date of birth.
Mr Justice Edis set a three-week trial for 21 April next year at the Old Bailey with a pre-trial hearing on 8 April.
The defendant was remanded in custody.
