In pictures: Practice makes perfect for aircraft in final rehearsals before jubilee flypast

Aircraft from all three services took part in a rehearsal for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee flypast over the Royal Air Force College at RAF Cranwell in Lincolnshire.

Involved in the rehearsal was a long list of aircraft, including Wildcat, Puma, Chinook, Texan, Phenom, Hawk T2, P8 Poseidon, Rivet Joint, Hercules, A400M Atlas, C17 Globemaster and Typhoon.

The flypast down the Mall for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee will take place on 2 June and is expected to include 70 aircraft.
