Engineers Behind The Wire At Royal Marines Base

The British Army's 71 Engineer Regiment are behind the wire at RM Condor.

Exercise Tartan Consolidation is the annual camp for these reservists, but it's more than just a training exercise.

They're also building a 50-metre biathlon range for 45 Commando.

By the end of this exercise these sappers will have built two new shooting areas for 45 Commando to benefit from, whilst also brushing up on their own skills.
