"Engineer Shortfall Leads Royal Navy to Recruit Overseas"

It’s being reported that the Royal Navy is having to recruit overseas because of a shortfall of around 500 engineers.
 
The skill shortage could cause problems with crewing the new Queen Elizabeth aircraft carriers by the time the first one is launched in 2020.
