RAF Typhoons Involved in Latvian Intercept Mission

Forces TV has exclusively learnt that RAF Typhoon's operating from Lithuania have been involved in their first intercept mission.

Two jets were rushed to track a Russian Helicopter operating close to Latvian airspace.

Four RAF Typhoon's are based at Siauliai Airbase, providing reassurance to NATO's Baltic members in the wake of the Ukraine crisis.
