"10 Daesh Commanders Killed In Airstrikes In Past Month"
The US military says 10 Daesh commanders have been killed in airstrikes in Syria and Iraq in the past month.
One of them is reported to have had links to the organiser of the terror attacks in Paris last month.
It comes as Iraq's Prime Minister, Haider al-Abadi, says Daesh will be defeated in the country in 2016. His comments came after government forces retook the city of Ramadi, which was captured by the group in May.
US Secretary of State John Kerry congratulated Iraqi forces for "displaying tremendous perseverance and courage", while Mr Abadi said re-taking Iraq's second city Mosul would be the "final blow" for Daesh.
The battle to retake Ramadi also saw the RAF provide support for government forces.
The MoD says manned and unmanned aircraft have been in action over the region carrying out dozens of airstrikes against Daesh positions.
