Armed Forces Day Flag Raise Launches Week Long Celebrations
A week of celebrations has kicked off in Lincolnshire, as the whole country builds up to Armed Forces Day.
The home of this year's national celebration has deep military roots, from their fishing fleet used as mine sweepers during the war, to the hundreds of aircraft that left Lincolnshire's soils.
The national Armed Forces Day event this year will be hosted by Cleethorpes.
