"Dialogue Only Way To Prevent Conflict With Russia" Says Former Spy
A former Cold War military intelligence officer who worked in Germany says that dialogue is the only way to prevent renewed conflict with Russia.
Major General Peter Walker is currently on a lecture tour in Germany where he hasd been speaking to members of the present day British Forces.
He retired from the Army as a Major General but during the 1980s he was a Cold War Military spy.
