Do British Women Want To Serve In Combat Roles?

A survey has been launched to canvass the opinions of all women in the three services as to whether women should serve in combat roles.

It's part of a Ministry of Defence review into the subject, ordered by the Defence Secretary, with a decision expected in mid-2016.

The survey's key question is whether women in the Army, Royal Navy or RAF would be interested in taking on combat roles, were they opened to them.

Forces TV's Shirley Swain spoke to Lt Col Will Davies, part of the research team, about the project.
