Family Of War Reporter Killed In Syria To Sue Assad Regime

The family of a war reporter killed in Syria four years ago say they are planning to sue the Assad regime.

Marie Colvin died in a sustained rocket assault in Homs in 2012.

Her sister says she now has a series of documents which prove it wasn't a random attack, but that the Sunday Times reporter and her colleagues were being hunted by the Syrian Army.

Paul Conroy, her photographer, was injured in the same attack and says his previous experience in the Royal Artillery helped to save his life.
