International Defence Rugby Competition: Go Hard Or Go Home

The French national military team will continue to take part in the International Defence Rugby Competition (IDRC).

On Monday the French narrowly lost to Australia in their second pool match at the IDRC. On Tuesday they asked to sit out Wednesday's game with the Army in order to 'rest' their players.

It was made clear to the french at a very high military level that they risked being disqualified, and they will now play.

So it's back to the action today with the last set of pool games in the International Defence Rugby Competition.

The teams left in the competition are now at the business end of the IDRC.
