Lord West: 'UK Coastline Vulnerable To Migrants And Terrorists'

A former First Sea Lord and security minister has said the UK is at risk from terrorists coming over the channel.
 
It follows an incident over the weekend when migrants were rescued after attempting to make the journey from France.
 
Britain is to order the first of a new generation of surveillance planes in the next few months, as part of a defence deal worth around £2 billion.
 
Defence Secretary Michael Fallon has been quoted as saying the UK will sign the contract for the first of nine P-8 Poseidon jets this summer.
