NATO's Deteriorating Relationship With Russia
NATO's Supreme Allied Commander has spoken again of the alliance's deteriorating relationship with Russia.
US General Philip M. Breedlove talked about the threat posed by the country as well as other challenges during a change of command ceremony at Allied Joint Force Command Brunssum, in the Netherlands.
It saw German General Hans-Lothar Domrose hand over to Italian General Salvatore Farina.
And as Forces TV's Rob Olver reports, the world is a very different place to when General Domrose assumed command.
