Rick Rebuilt: A Soldier's Journey

Sergeant Rick Clement lost his legs, part of one arm, and his ability to have children when he stepped on a bomb in Afghanistan five years ago.

But with the support of his family, friends and the medical staff who have taught him how to walk, one of Britain’s most seriously injured veterans has fulfilled a dream.

He's now he's taken his first steps in public, to lay a wreath at the Blackpool Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday.

Thousands watched as he slowly walked in the rain and wind to honour all those who died in conflict, including four friends from his own regiment.

And hundreds of thousands more have watched online since.

Forces TV's Victoria Smith has been following Rick's inspiring journey every step of the way,

She's seen ups and downs, spoken to Rick's medical staff, family and friends, found out about the charity work he does to aid other members of the military community - but most importantly, has seen one man's journey.
