The Scottish Government has launched a refresh of it's Armed Forces and Veterans Commitment strategy.
The aim is to become the place of choice for those leaving the military due to its commitment to healthcare, housing, jobs, employability and justice.
They say that no-one should suffer disadvantage as a result of military service, but can they afford to deliver?
