Storm Frank Devastates Scottish Towns & Villages
Communities in Scotland remain on high alert after another day of heavy rainfall.
More than 30 flood warnings are currently in place in Scotland as towns and villages continue to be plagued with bad weather after Storm Frank.
The Army have yet to be called in, but the Ministry of Defence is providing support in other ways.
