Women's Volleyball Team Rise To The Challenge
The Army Women's volleyball team are at the Inter Services Championships this week looking to defend their title.
The pre tournament favourites will be hoping to lift their second piece of silverware in a matter of weeks, having just won the Crown Services prize.
Forces News went to their training camp in Aldershot to take a look.
Head Coach Nicola Mead is confident in her team, trusting the line up of seasoned players and enthusiastic fresh talent.
"I've got a really good senior squad... and I've got some new girls coming through who already have some previous talent in the sport."
This year's Inter Services Championships take place at Cranwell.
