Afghanistan veteran wins gold at the World Rowing Championships

Former soldier Gregg Stevenson and teammate Lauren Rowles powered their way to gold in the final of the PR2 Mixed Sculls event at the World Rowing Championships in Serbia.
Double amputee Stevenson, who was injured serving in Afghanistan in 2009, and Rowles saw off the Chinese team to claim victory.
The pair won the European Championship crown earlier this summer in his debut season with the Great Britain team.
