Invictus Games: Meet the captain of Team UK
Royal Navy Lieutenant Commander James Rogers is the Team UK captain at this year's Invictus Games in Dusseldorf.
Lt Cdr Rogers will be taking on a busy schedule at this year's games, where he will compete in swimming, cycling, indoor rowing and wheelchair basketball.
The Marine Engineer Submariner lives with an autoimmune inflammatory arthritis condition that greatly affects his back and his joints.

Lt Cdr Rogers is already an experienced Invictus Games competitor, having taken part in last year's games in The Hague.
He said he hoped to lean on his Navy training and his career experience as he captains Team UK in Germany.
"Being a team captain is a bit of a strange role because you've got so many different hats that you've got to wear," he explained.
"But I like to think that my training throughout my career and my experience throughout my career that I've been able to reflect some of that into how I've helped to lead Team UK into Dusseldorf."
The 2023 Invictus Games gets underway on Saturday, running until 16 September.
