The Army Sportswoman of the Year, Gemma Rowland, has got back to doing what she does best.
She inspired the Army to victory against the UK Emergency Services side in Aldershot.
The Welsh international was on red hot form as she ran in a try and kicked two conversions - the forces outfit running out 24-5 winners.
