Army Rugby Players Given Chance to Impress

Players based in Germany and those serving with Reserve units in Wales had the chance to impress the head coach of the Army Senior rugby union team when the British Army (Germany) took on Army Reserve (Wales) in Cardiff.

The game was part of efforts to give reservists the same opportunities in sport as regular soldiers - and was also an opportunity for Germany-based players to impress the Army Coach.

It ended in a comprehensive win for British Army (Germany) as they ran in 10 tries to record a comfortable 58-3 victory.
