Kat Matthews' stellar performance wins Army Sprint Triathlon
The British Army have held their Sprint Triathlon event in Oxford and superstar athlete Captain Kat Matthews dominated the race.
She was the overall winner, completing the 750m swim, 19.5km cycle and 5km run in just over an hour.
Staff Sergeant Sam Littlewood was the fastest men's competitor while Captain Rosie Wilde was the second-fastest female behind Capt Matthews.

The course was laid out at Queensford Water Park in Dorchester, Oxford, and this event served as a trial run for this year's Inter Services, which will also be held there.
More than 100 Army athletes took part in the event and you can see some of the action as well as hear from the winners in the video above.
