Royal Navy fight hard to win boxing contest against historic Western Counties opponents

The Royal Navy boxing team have continued their Inter Services preparations with a win against historic rivals Western Counties.

In a fixture with more than 50 years of history, impressive performances from the Navy's Marine Grant Crookes and Marine Liam Bell were the highlights of the first Forces Fight Night of 2024.

The Navy sealed the win in style with a referee's stoppage victory for Air Engineering Technician Oliver Betts over Jamie Claridge.
