British Army Climb High For Team Bonding Before IDRC Final

The British Army will play Fiji tomorrow in the International Defence Rugby Competition final at Twickenham Stoop.

When you think of how the Army Rugby Team are preparing for their up and coming Forces World Cup final, swinging and climbing on high ropes probably isn't the first thing that comes to mind.

But that's exactly what they have been up to.

Laura Hawkins went to join them at the Army Training Wing at Winchester.

Forces TV will have full, exclusive, LIVE coverage of the final from 6.30pm on Thursday - join us on Sky 264, Virgin 277 or Freesat 652.
