
British Army sweep up prizes at Inter Services middle distance triathlon championships

It was a sweeping success for the British Army at the 2025 Inter Services middle distance triathlon championships.
The event was held at Rutland Water in the East Midlands and saw the Army comfortably take the team prize after a number of good performances.
The open race was won by the Army's James Surmon, with his service teammate Sam Littlewood finishing in second.

The women's event saw the RAF's Martha Hansford make a strong challenge, but ultimately, she was beaten by Jasmine Holmes, who has been nominated for the 2025 Army Sportswoman of the Year award.
