British Army deliver double delight at indoor Inter Services hockey championships
The British Army have won the double at the Inter Services indoor hockey championships in Aldershot.
The women's team have won back the title they lost to the RAF last year after a 4-1 win over the Royal Navy.
In the men's competition, the Army have won back-to-back championships after a thrilling 6-3 victory over the Senior Service.

An exciting clash saw Army star Scott Rawlings inspire them to a win with two goals.
Meanwhile, ex-England under-21 international Ella Bromley kickstarted the women's triumph and saw goals from Rae Andrews, Josie Nash and Nic George with Rachel Clark scoring for the Navy.
A number of those players were also in action on Sunday as UKAF Women won their Remembrance fixture in Portsmouth.
