It's a sport that needs not just a lot of skill but physical fitness, but could you take to the pool for a game of canoe polo?
A number of Army soldiers have been receiving a crash course in the water sport at Aldershot's Garrison Pool.
The sport, which opens with an explosive charge start, sees two teams of five battling it out with a water polo ball while also combatting a canoe.

The aim is to score into a goal, suspended above the water at each end of the playing pitch.
