The best netball players from the British Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Navy will team together to tackle a Welsh challenge in Cardiff and you can watch the match live.

The UK Armed Forces team take on the Wales under-21 team in Cardiff on Sunday 21 May, with every moment broadcast live on the Forces News YouTube channel.

Serving personnel will also be able to catch up through the BFBS TV service.

The match is being played at the House of Sport inside Cardiff City Stadium and the action begins at 14:00 BST.

2023 has been a banner year for forces netball so far with a hugely successful Inter Services Championships held at RAF Cosford.

The Army won the competition which was broadcast live by Forces News for the very first time with more than 20k viewers enjoying the action.
