Army v Navy: Army dominant as Navy scores first try in ten years
The British Army women's rugby team have retained the Inter Services and the Babcock Trophy after defeating the Royal Navy at Twickenham.
In only their second ever meeting at the home of English Rugby, the game included incredible moments including four tries by Welsh international Bombardier Bethan Dainton and a hat trick by Private Courtney Pursglove to contribute to the Army's impressive eleven try tally.
The Navy made history with Lieutenant Olivia Critchley Peddle scoring the first Navy try against the Army since 2013, and the first to do it at Twickenham.

The first try came from Private Courtney Pursglove from the Army which was quickly followed up by Bombardier Bethan Dainton to give the Army an already big 12-0 lead.
A much-improved Navy team sensed an opportunity to push the Army to their side of the pitch, and Lieutenant Olivia Critchley-Peddle muscled her way out of an Army pile on to dot over the try line to score the Navy's first try against the Army in ten years, and the first to score at the home of English Rugby.
The Navy's try edged them closer to the Army with a 12-5 deficit.

The Army responded to the Navy's try and Gunner Charlotte Tweddle got herself on the scoresheet with a confident try before Bdr Dainton and Pte Pursglove scored more tries for good measure before half time, where the Army produced a whopping 29-5 lead.
In the second half, Bdr Dainton came out with the goods and scored a hat trick, which was quickly followed up by Sergeant Louise Dodd.
With the Navy clearly struggling to capitalise on the try they scored in the first half, the Army were beginning to clear off into the distance.
Pte Pursglove continued to show her brilliant form and came forward with a hat trick of her own.
After Second Lieutenant Hannah Gilmour added to the Army's tally, Bdr Dainton cruised her way to her fourth try of the game.
The Welsh international was later announced as the Babcock Player of the Match following her fourth try.
As the time ticked down, it was clear the Army were to retain the Babcock Trophy and the Inter Services title, but it was team captain, Staff Sergeant Jade Mullen, who would score the last try to finish off the Navy with a 67-5 victory.
The Army women continue their dominance at the Inter Services winning their seventeenth ever victory since the women's game was introduced at Inter Services level in 2003.
