Professional and military darts players compete in Operation Bullseye event
Military darts has held its biggest event ever with Operation Bullseye taking place in Blackpool.
Sixteen professional PDC players, including Masters champion Chris Dobey and 2004 World Matchplay winner Colin Lloyd, partnered up with the best players in the military for a doubles competition.
Also on hand for the event was the voice of the sport, Russ Bray and PDC Master of Ceremonies John McDonald, who is also an Army veteran.

Veteran Vince Tipple and former PDC World Youth champion Keegan Brown were the winners of the trophy for the first time, capping off an impressive display from Tipple who hit the first forces' maximum of the night.
Currently, darts is not classified as an official military sport but the organisers, Warrant Officer Class 2 Lee Fox and Zara Durrant, are hopeful that events like this will result in the green light being given.
