“This is the 15th time the two sides have met in this annual fixture which supports the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. I’m absolutely delighted that this match will be seen by many thousands of people on Forces TV, who otherwise would not get the chance to see an exciting brand of the game which guarantees tries and open play”.
Last year Combined Services scored a narrow and very rare win ( 34- 28 ) over their illustrious opponents.
Coverage on the night of Tuesday 11th November will start from 7PM on Forces TV with the game, which kicks off at 7.30, also being shown worldwide on BFBS Sport to members of HM Forces as far apart as Afghanistan, the Falklands, Canada and HM Royal Navy and RFA ships in the fleet.
