UKAF rugby union team suffer Armed Forces Day defeat ahead of World Cup
The UK Armed Forces rugby union team were beaten in their only preparation match for this summer's Forces World Cup.
UKAF play their opening tournament match on 23 August but go into it off the back of a defeat to a North of England Select XV in Newcastle.
The match was being played as an Armed Forces Day special at Kingston Park with the aim to raise money for the charity, Military v Cancer.

Despite leading at the break after a superb turnaround, UKAF fell to defeat by a scoreline of 24-42 in front of more than 2,300 people.
