Head inside the UKAF rugby union camp as preparations for the Forces World Cup begin

The UK Armed Forces men's rugby union team's opening match at the International Defence Rugby Competition is just nine weeks away.

UKAF kick off against Georgia in France on 23 August but their preparations have started this week.

They're in action on Armed Forces Day in a charity match raising money for Military v Cancer with a North of England select team providing stern opposition.

Forces News were invited to their first day of training at RAF Halton with questions to be asked about Saturday's clash in Newcastle as well as the choice for UKAF captain during this summer's tournament â€“ that can be seen in the video above.
