Watch: British Army carries out assault exercise on abandoned tower block
Urban exercises are nothing new or extraordinary for today's infantry, but the British Army's latest facility is – an abandoned tower block.
The facility in Leeds allowed troops from B Company, 2 Royal Anglian, to carry out a company assault against 'enemy' forces.
The one-day exercise saw the men and women tackle often-dangerous obstacles, deal with simulated casualties and handle enemy prisoners.
