The Armed Forces' aim is to protect the nation and help it prosper – and that includes everything from training and testing new technology, to protecting Nato's eastern flank.

And they do this while adhering to the values and standards of their respective services, with courage, discipline, respect for others, integrity, loyalty and selfless commitment.
