Army Parachute Association Hosts First Ever Wingsuit World Cup

The skies over Salisbury Plain have been filled with daredevil skydivers for the first ever Wingsuit World Cup.

It's a relatively new sport which sees athletes throwing themselves out of a plane wearing an aerodynamic bodysuit to slow their descent.

Around 57 competitors from 18 different countries have taken part in the event, which is being hosted by the Army Parachute Association at Netheravon Airfield in Wiltshire.
