Barbed Wire Artwork Goes on Display in Winchester

An art installation created from 1.4 tonnes of barbed wire from barracks in Aldershot is going on display in Winchester.

'Cloud', by Susie MacMurray, commemorates the outbreak of the First World War and also looks at the consequences of conflict.
