Building Bridges: Patriot Missiles Cross A 250ft German River

The British Army's involved in another joint international venture, following on from Exercise Indradhanush.

Sappers from the Royal Engineers and their German counterparts have teamed up to test their ability in moving an entire US Patriot Missile unit across a river.

It's said to be the first joint exercise of its kind, with soldiers from 23 Amphibious Engineer Troop and the German Army's 130th Pioneer Battalion having to deal with some of the US Army's heaviest and most lethal weapons.
