The Former Rifleman Spicing Up Paderborn

Forces TV often reports on the challenges military personnel face in making the transition to civilian life.

Now, a former soldier is spicing up a town in Germany after setting up his own curry restaurant serving authentic Anglo-Indian cuisine.

Tanuj Bugga first came to Paderborn in 2006 as a rifleman with 5 RIFLES.

He knew he wanted to stay and share something dear to him with the locals - his passion for Indian food - and he says his Army background has helped with his restaurant's success.
