Killed British Soldier's Family Honoured After 60 Years

The sister of a soldier killed in Cyprus has been awarded the Elizabeth Cross, around 60 years later.
Jean Andrew's brother died while deployed with the 1st Battalion, Highland Light Infantry, during the Cyprus Emergency of the late 1950s, which cost the lives of almost 400 British troops.
He was one of the three men who were killed when a bomb exploded next to where they were playing a football match.
It's the second EC to be presented in the last six months to the sister of a soldier who served in the battalion.
Margaret Moncur received the same honour in October last year in memory of her big brother Private Andrew Neely.
The shared grief has brought the two women together as close friends - and they've now made it their mission to track down the family of Private Ben Doherty; the man who died alongside their brothers.
