New Single Soldiers Survival Guide Launched In Germany
A new deployment in a country with a different language can be daunting.
So the British forces information service 'HIVE Europe' has been trying to help the soldier in a strange land with an updated version of its Single Soldiers Survival Guide.
The pocket-sized booklet was launched two and a half years ago, and is aimed at single military personnel stationed in Germany.
It covers all aspects of life in the country, from its laws to shopping and travel, and is based on soldiers’ own experiences.
