Remembrance: Importance Of The Two Minute Silence

As Remembrance Day approaches, we have been talking to those affected by conflict.

Corporal David Allison of the Royal Welsh Regiment served in Afghanistan and lost friends and colleagues.

He's been reflecting on what Remembrance means to him (above).
The day will hold added importance for double amputee veteran Rick Clement, who's hoping to be able to walk up to the Cenotaph to lay a wreath for lost friends.

You can watch the next step in his journey at 9pm on Monday, only on Forces TV.

Make sure you tune in this weekend, meanwhile, for full coverage of Remembrance Sunday - Sky 264, Virgin 277 or Freesat 652.
