Thousands of tri-service personnel rehearse for King's coronation at RAF Odiham
Two huge rehearsals have taken place at RAF Odiham to prepare thousands of tri-service personnel for the coronation.
The airfield, located in Hampshire, is home to the UK's Chinook forces and doubled up as the streets of London as sailors, soldiers and aviators prepare to take part in the historic event.
The rehearsal marked the largest parade of military personnel since the funeral of Winston Churchill in 1965.
Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, Chief of the Defence Staff, told Forces News personnel should "be proud" of their role.
"Whether it's for your parents, your brothers, your sisters, your grandparents and, on behalf of the whole nation, in terms of what we represent," he said, "and enjoy the day."
