Football With A Twist Brings Veterans Together In Wales

Veterans in Wales have found a new way to help with the transition to civilian life – walking football.

It's one of the therapies offered by the charity Change Step, which works with local communities to help tackle a range of social issues.

The charity specialises in peer mentoring – veterans helping veterans with everything from substance misuse to loneliness.
