On Facebook, Twitter and Instagram many are uploading their '#TenYearChallenge' pictures comparing a photo of themselves ten years ago to one of them now.

But it has also attracted veterans, who have shown how far they have come in ten years after suffering from an injury...

Others posted images showing their return home and where they were ten years ago...

And it's also been a chance to show off their achievements since leaving the forces...

Whilst some show how things aren't all that different...

And finally, it was also used for self-reflection since leaving the services...
