JEF headquarters deploys to nuclear bunker in Iceland

Watch: The Joint Expeditionary Force's latest tasking will bring hundreds to Iceland.

British military personnel serving with the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF) have taken up their latest posting – in a nuclear bunker.

Several hundred personnel from the three branches of service have been deployed with JEF to the former US air force base at Keflavik in Iceland.

Working together with personnel from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Nordic nations, British personnel will add to JEF's speed and flexibility in responding to situations and helping shape Nato's future.
