Armed Forces Buddhists' Mindful Message
Members of the Armed Forces Buddhist Society, including their Chaplain, Dr Sunil Kariyakarawana, have been holding their annual conference at Amport House in Hampshire.

Formed in 2007, the AFBS is made up of serving and former members of the Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force. This year's conference has been focusing on personal development, bringing together a group of followers often serving across the world.

"Buddhism is a two and a half thousand year philosophy - It tells you to look within"
The aim of the AFBS is to bring together British military Buddhists, to support the Buddhist Chaplain to Her Majesty’s Armed Forces, and to share the teachings of the Buddha.
