Ex-RAF Serviceman Wins Big In Euromillions Lottery

A Euromillions lottery jackpot has been won by a former RAF serviceman.
Jim Forbes, who now works as an HGV driver, won the £655,838.70 fortune after buying the winning ticket from a Tesco Extra store in Dundee.
Mr Forbes only discovered that he had won the jackpot after checking the ticket at the supermarket whilst buying lucky dip tickets for Lotto.
It was at this point he asked the cashier to check the previous night’s Euromillions, and was told “you’ll have to call Camelot”.
He said:
"I thought they would say I had won a couple of hundred or even a thousand pounds," he said.
"I couldn't believe it. I just kept thinking this doesn't happen to people like me."
Despite having won the huge sum, Mr Forbes intends to continue working in a part time job, as does his wife Pam.
However, they have planned to travel to Hawaii, move house, buy a caravan, and spend more quality time with their family.
